i feel so fat please help
hi everyone my name is rachel as u can tell. i had a baby boy a year ago when i was 18. i was a size eught before i got prenant now size 12 to 14 i can't get the wieght off in any way shape or form i saw a programe this morning about pro ana and was intrested i need help to lose this wiegh and have no one to tell me how has any one have any hints or tips they can share with me please.
